Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our travel cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to our clients while also protecting our business. We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to provide our clients with flexibility and options when it comes to canceling or rescheduling their travel.

  1. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your travel plans, we require notice in writing as soon as possible. The cancellation fee will be applied based on the following:

  • More than 60 days before departure: 0% of the total cost
  • Between 60 and 30 days before departure: 10% of the total cost
  • Between 30 and 15 days before departure: 25% of the total cost
  • Between 15 and 7 days before departure: 35% of the total cost
  • Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the total cost

Please note that some travel arrangements, such as flights or train tickets, may be non-refundable or have additional cancellation fees imposed by the suppliers.

  1. Refund Policy

If you are entitled to a refund, we will process it as soon as possible, but please note that it may take up to 30 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

  1. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that sometimes travel plans need to be changed. If you need to reschedule your travel plans, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that rescheduling may be subject to availability and additional fees.

  1. Force Majeure

In the event of a force majeure event, such as a natural disaster or political unrest, that results in the cancellation of your travel plans, we will work with you to reschedule your travel or provide a refund, as appropriate.

We encourage our clients to consider purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations or interruptions to their travel plans. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about our travel cancellation and refund policy.
